I have been setting up activities against suppliers and adding them to a repeated schedule. These are either monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly or annually.
Can you please tell me if there is a way of viewing what activities have been scheduled and against what suppliers? Currently once I have created a new activity and added it to a schedule I loose site of it as soon as it have been saved and it is not visible until the start date. This makes it very difficult to view what is schedule when and also to make amendments.

When creating a new supplier contract there's mandatory fields that are required for the creation of contract. Once the record is created you are able to edit these properties (The field value cannot be blank when saving). Can you please tell me how I can change the field properties at the point of creation?

@Victor thank you for linking this back. Can you please confirm if this update has now been released as I still don't seem to have a staging area for supplier imports? I can see that this is available for contacts and contracts but not suppliers.

Good morning.
I have imported 233 suppliers but only 174 are showing in the supplier catalogue. There doesn't seem to be any obvious sequence to the missing suppliers. They can be found throughout the original import list.
Can you please advise if there are any known errors that would cause this to happen?

Currently you can search the supplier catalogue by supplier name only. It would be really helpful to be able to search via other information such as contract name and additional fields. For example you might know the product name or service but not the supplier and could search via this route. Is it possible to increase the search function into the supplier detail?

There is currently availability to add 6 additional custom fields to contracts. Would it be possible to increase this?

Yes, the import of updates could be really helpful if we decide to add a custom field that we want populated or if we want to do any other kind of batch update.

Thanks for the response.
I am looking to load the supplier information from our previous ITSM tool. However the structure is quite different and I am expecting there to be additional fields that we require going forward so I'm anticipating that we may need to load additional information against all suppliers. It would also be helpful going forward and including when we have the contract import to be able to bulk update.

Can you please advise if it is possible to import updates to suppliers via the import without duplicating supplier records? Can we also import to specific fields, such as a custom field without potentially overwriting other fields?
If so, how do you link back to the original supplier record?
