[Assign a Request to a specific Team dependant on iCapture Response]

Hi,

a bit of advice required. please, our current workflow assigns requests to one of two IT Support Teams dependent on response to a location being selected. I would like to override the Team assignment if one of two intelligent capture responses are selected, to a different Team, all other responses to be assigned as is. I've set this up to pick up the information in the Capture, but I'm not sure how get the Workflow to recognise this?

[Turn Notifications on/off for specific Teams]

Hi,

We have a Senior Project Manager who is a member of several Teams and receives notifications for all of these. They would like to only receive Notifications for their main Projects Team, but still remain a member of the other Teams, is this possible? I've had a look at the Service Manager Notifications on Wiki but can't see a way to choose Notifications for specific Teams only, any suggestion, thanks.

[Change Request Process - Select Authorisers based on intelligent capture response]

Hi,

I am trying to add an option within an existing Change Request process so that dependent on the outcome of a specific intelligent capture answer, I can select which group of authorisers are tasked to Authorise the Change. 

e.g.

iCap Q: - End User Impact Y/N > Yes Authoriser Group A in the Business Process, tasked to authorise

                                                    > No Authoriser Group B in the Business Process, tasked to authorise

I've looked at Parallel processing, but haven't worked out how to pick up the iCap response to add to the Business Process. (or if I can!)

There are probably different/better ways to achieve the outcome, but I keep drawing a blank.

[Employee Portal - changing the order of some Services]

I'd really like to be able to do this easily also. We have some services that need to be pushed to the front on occasion.

A drag and drop on the Portal would be ideal,
