  1. Thanks Steve,

As we're using single sign on this would need the analyst to be logged into the PC and for it to be left unattended so this isn't a viable option for us.

Having Dashboards available to a basic user would work better for us.

  2. Hi,

    Hopefully a quick question.

We have a couple of dashboards we want to put on screens in the office.

How do I publish them so that I don't have to have a user with admin rights logged in on the PC that is running the screen?

  3. Thanks Victor,

The 1st automated task in the BP works ok and the initial customer receives the notification of the request being logged, however following the decision node the second email to the manually specified address doesn't send. I even added a second automated task to the to the "no match" branch but that also fails to send an email?

  4. Hi,

We have business process that we want to send an email based on the priority of the incident, if it's a P1 then email XYZ@123.com,  however I cant seem to be able to get the decision to recognise the fact that a P1 has been selected? I've attached a screen shot of the BPM.

Hopefully its something obvious but any help would be appreciated.

  5. Hi,

We have a service that is supported 9-5 for non critical faults but we provide 24/7 support for critical outages. How have other users configured this in service manager?

I've created two SLAs, one with a 9-5 calendar and one with a 24/7 calendar and applied both to the service but i'm not clear on where the SLA would be selected to apply the correct calendar or if it can be tied to specific priority.
