Yes I made sure they were all selected. I've printed using the native browser print option and this print all the ticket information albeit in browser view format which is not very neat.
Thanks,
Rohit.

Hi,
I'm trying to print request ticket information including full timeline history but it doesn't seem to be working. I get everything except timeline information.
Anyone else have this issue?
See attached example. I'm expecting a lot more information in the timeline section.

Not sure if you're aware but having problems logging on to Service Manager this morning.
Same errors as before:
Operation timed out after 10008 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received
Can someone look into this please?
Thanks
Rohit.

Hi
Request search results view – Can additional views be added in to the Request search results view, such as details?
Or can the search results output be exported to file?
Thanks,
Rohit.

Hi,
We just noticed a number of tickets that were meant to come off hold are no longer doing so.
I couldn't find any specific settings for on-hold.
See example below. Any idea's why this might be?
Thanks,
Rohit.

Thanks for your response and I've just been informed it is an internal issue which is preventing our access.
Sorry for the confusion.

Hi,
We have several BP workflows setup for Incidents and SR's and each process has been setup with a "Reopen request" human task which has a Lifespan setting set to expire after 2 days. I've attached a screen shot for review. When we setup the process and tested it the workflow worked as defined and tickets we're closing automatically after the 2 day lifespan had expired but I've recently noticed that this is not the case and I'm having to manually close tickets. Just wanted to know if anyone else has had any issue when setting up lifespan settings?
Thanks,
Rohit.

Response and Resolution SLA not being applied since the latest update
in Service Manager
Posted
Hi, Since I updated to the latest version of Service Manager this morning our INC and SR BPM's are no longer applying our Response and resolution targets. We have Start Response/Resovle timers configured.
Has anyone else noticed this yet or is this isolated to our environment?
