LDAP OU lookup for shared service desk

We have an issue currently where we support several companies from the same Hornbill instance. Each company has departments, sites and teams. Some of these are identical (accountancy, customer services, etc.)

When we use the LDAP import tool, it doesn't reference only departments within that company, it references all departments within all companies within the instance. If any are identically named, this causes users to be put in the wrong company's department.

is it possible to have the ldap import check company first, then restrict the org lookup to teams &  departments within that company only?
