What's New

  • Notices can be added to the top of a Request to highlight important information to anyone viewing the Request. Notices can be managed manually, or automatically through new Hornbill Automations under "Hornbill Service Manager > Entity > RequestNotices". What's Fixed

  • Unable to submit Request feedback if the pop-up contains a mandatory question in the Employee Portal mobile. {PM00163382}
  • A custom field in Progressive Capture that is using the Assets data query is not filtering the data correctly. {PM00163405}
  • Request connection is not added correctly when using 'Me Too' from Self Service. {PM00163410}
  • Fixes to the 'Log New Request' option in Hornbill's mobile application. {PM00163446}
  • Setting to overwrite a custom field value is not respected when a Request is raised via the Employee Portal. {PM00163511}
  • Error in Request Category form when raising a Request via the Employee Portal. {PM00163517}
  • Attachments are not included when a Request is raised from an email. {PM00163526}
  • The autocomplete Owned By in the Asset form does not return all expected users. {PM00163523}
