At the most recent Hornbill conference in Manchester I raised a query about scheduled requests and it was suggested I post it here.
Would it be possible to add a more "diary-based" approach to scheduling, similar to how we plan meetings in Outlook - the first Monday of the month, the third Wednesday of the month, the last Friday of the month, etc?
This scheduling would go hand-in-hand with how many of our business processes work. At the moment, there's still a chance a scheduled request may fall on a weekend - for example, setting "the 1st of every month" will fall on a different day every month.
If this is already possible and I've missed something then please do let me know.
