  1. Hello All, I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me in creating a report that shows what analysts and staff within a resolver group/team have updated in a day or a specific day/date. Ideally I would like to be able to break this information down as Incidents updated and Service Requests updated. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

  3. Hello, I was wondering if there was anyway that I could created templates that update in the worknotes/Update (add a Comment area) for when Service Desk Analysts or resolvers update a ticket. For example, I want to create a template for when 1st line reassign tickets like: Action taken: Reason for reassignment: Knowledge Articles used to triage: Any help or knowledge will be greatly received.
