    Hi @Carl Tovey

I'm not entirely sure about the "Group by day" part of your requirement and if that is actually possible. However for the part you are referencing in the screenshot, have you tried checking the "Use Existing Prompt" checkbox for the Dateresolved date? This should use just 1 date/time selector for both the inputs.

    Kind Regards

    Bob

    Missed that, thanks Bob

    Hi All

I wanted to enquire if there is anyway we can add a team as a member from within a request at all, as at the moment we can only add Members by individual name but there are some scenarios where we want to add a whole team.

Is there perhaps an option to turn on to allow this, or is it something I would set within the BPM? Ideally I want our Analysts to be able to add a whole team to a request as using individual names means that sometimes the person assigned may not look at Hornbill.

Alternatively if we can not add a whole team as a Member to a request, would it be a case of turning on a notification so that the added Member gets an email alert when added as a Member to try and make them aware as they are not always going to be signed into Service Manager

    Many thanks

    +1

  3. Hi

I'm trying to use a range of dates collected from one condition (date logged) in a second condition (date resolved).

I've given the variable a reference, but I can't use it in the other contion

The end result is that I'm trying to write a report that is: grouped by day, cases opened, and cases resolved, within a range of dates. Shown on a bar chart. (Case turnover)

    Is this possible please?
