[Reporting on incidents without asset numbers]

I was wondering if anyone can assist, we are trying to create a report that will show all incidents closed the previous day with either no asset number or the asset number 0000 attached. How would be the best way to do this?

We are looking to see at what time of day Calls are closed by engineers as part of an exercise to see what impact changes to our hours of service might have.

 

I cannot find a way to fillter by time closed in reporting. i can find h_dateclosed but not anything for time.

 

Has anyone tried anything similar.

[Error uploading Documents]

When trying to upload a document to a library, I am receiving an error 400.  I have tried a test word document and that uploads successfully So I assume that there is an error with the document.

 

The document concerned is  11.5MB word 2010 document.

 

I sit possible to let me know what the issue with the document is.
