Colleagues are complaining that since then any time they click on a call it is opening in a new tab, this is causing much confusion as they are seeing multiple instances of service desk open on their task bars. David Hall Posted February 28, 2017 Share Posted February 28, 2017 Hi @derekgreen, As discussed previously in the following post, there was an unintentional change of behaviour around some request links in the most recent version of Service Manager, this will be reverted back to the original behaviour in the next update.
