yelyah.nodrog
Morning all, Quick question, when we log a call we ask the user for the building they work in, their phone number and room number. If that same user calls back another day about a different issue we have to ask it all over again as it is not auto populated. Is there a way for the information to be saved against the user permanently without having to go into their profile and manually put it in? Many thanks Hayley
nasimg
We ask the user to confirm their telephone number via progressive capture form in the service portal - it would be nice to have this value saved and auto populated (so staff can see it but amend if it changes). Kelvin
Would love to have this feature to update the users details whilst taking a call.
Victor
@yelyah.nodrog @nasimg @Kelvin we do provide a functionality to have custom information (saved then) displayed, but as far as I know this is available on "Organisation" details form during ProCap...not sure if that would work if you have different info you need to store for each contact/customer...
