Average time to Resolve

Hiya,

I've created an Average time to Fix measure - which figure do i use to convert into minutes?

The measure will record the actual time, but when you use that Measure to create specific Widgets you can choose to format the data (time on this occasion).

In my example below i have created a widget of type Data chart > Measured Sample 

I have then converted the mm into HH:MM using the Date Format.  You can see on the chart the Axis is showing in Hours (given my test data is not great).
