Michael Sharp Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 I've created a new asset type "Virtual Machines" and am unable to create new assets under this. When you press "Create" the page does not respond (it doesn't crash). I have filled in all required fields. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Regards, Mike.

I just tried to create a new asset type with class Computer System and then a new asset, and everything works fine for me. I'd like to replicate the same conditions and see if I can replicate the issue. Armando

ArmandoDM Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 Hi @Michael Sharp, the properties "company" and "site" depend from each other, so when you select a site the system search for the associated company , if there is one. Because the company is not a visible property, the system does not find it and does not submit the form. In the asset type, if you enable the property "company" under "General Asset Information", it should work. I will open a ticket to fix this issue. In the meantime, can you enable the "company" if this is not a problem for you? Regards, Armando
