New Update: Hornbill Admin Tool (538)

The latest build of Hornbill Admin Tool (538) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

• workflow - BPM Editor: Add support for new automatic approval node - experimental
• Workflow - BPM Approvals: Add Authorisation Owner support. The owner can complete/re-assign authorisation tasks in the event authorisers are away.
• Workflow - BPM : Experimental feature - add support for tentative authorisation outcome.
• Adv Analytics - Slideshows: Add auto play mechanism from url "slideshows//play"
• It is now possible to use a Google Suggested Translation for BPM Stage Name, Stage Description, Stage Checkpoints, Progressive Capture Customer Forms and Fields. Note the Suggest button will only display when the language is set to something other than en-GB and there is a value to translate.
• It is now possible to use Google Translate to suggest a translation while editing and creating Simple Lists
• Workflow - BPM: Add experimental node web call.
• The ability to set the auto value counter to any value instead of incrementing one at a time.
• Warning when resetting an auto value counter.

• workflow - bpm editor: enhance multiline editor to support json and xml editing
• Workflow - BPM Editor: Make decision connection labels pick up outcome display text from approval node setup in same way as it does for task nodes.
• Workflow - BPM: Webcall node - added properties to set http method and headers.
• workflow - bpm: modify bpm decision code save to support webcall outcome
• workflow - pcf: add support for disabling use of customforms in flow via forms.json.
• Workflow - PCF: Modify field editor so if a multiLine field the user can enter multiline default value.

Fix

• Adv Analytics - Dashboard Editor: Editor would not load correctly if there are no useable widgets in the system
• Workflow - BPM Editor: Saving and order of new stage check point translations
• Workflow - PCF Editor - Custom Form Field Dialog: Show translate suggest on empty field label by using default label (if there is one)
• HTML issue when viewing a Session following a historic upgrade to a Third Party UI Component
• Workflow - BPM Editor: Explicitly set en-GB as the default language for stage checkpoints.
• SQL Query was not correctly encoded before being passed in a URL to download as a CSV which could cause unexpected errors.
• “test” would be output when attempting to output a Direct Data SQL query if an error was found.
• %1 and %2 are not longer passed to Google When translating a string.
• Adv Analytics - Widgets - Scorecard: re-enable sparkline option in scorecard widget.
• Adv Analytics - Measures: correctly apply each measures sparkline limit to the measure list view
• Application rights were not loading there translation strings.
