Might be worth posting a screen shot in case I've got it wrong. Thanks Dave
Steve Giller Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 I think the Pause button is off to the side, possibly Paul is asking for it to appear in the action bar as well? Personally (if this is correct and you do implement it) I'd like it to be optional, as having it where it is has helped reduce unnecessary use of the Hold functionality.
Victor Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 @Paul Trenter just to clarify the conversation, your query is specific to Service Manager, and to answer your query, the full action list available is displayed under service configuration and you can't add any other action button via the UI (it will have to be implemented by development). Regarding the On/Off Hold button it was decided that the best place for ot would be in the Service Level/Timers section.
