Hello Everyone

The latest build of Hornbill Service Manager (918) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:


  • Managers can manager their staff's requests through the Service Portal
  • As a Support Person I want to see recent active requests on the organisation form in progressive capture
  • Create app setting to allow a customer to hide unanswered questions


  • When spawning a business process, if there is a timeplan associated to that process it will also spawn as part of the business process definition
  • Added new output param: customerId to getCustomerInformation bpm flowcode


  • Failure in 'Add Request To Board' BPM task due to insufficient rights
  • If you have a large number of scheduled Changes, it can take a long time for the calendar to be able to show them all
  • Incorrect PC used when selecting a Service Catalog if capture name part of another capture
  • Improved performance of the Change Calendar when there are lots of items
