Good morning,

Several of our users are continuously getting this error no matter what browser they use, I haven't been able to find any information in a log

Does anyone know what this means?

@yelyah.nodrog @Martyn Houghton all instances are up and running and we do not get any performance (slow APIs or timeout) alerts :( Can you check with teh network admins and see if by any chance there is a bottleneck between the affected machines and Hornbill instance?
