Good Afternoon,

Where in the service manager portal do i go to create/view dashboards? 

 

Apologies if this is a simple tasks but unable to locate.

Hi Awalker,

You can create dashboards by going to Service Manager -> Advanced Analytics -> Dashboards.

Hi @Awalker

As Mark mentions you can access the Advanced Analytics Dashboards with the Admin Portal.  

In the Service Manager portal you also have the personal dashboards.  The charts for the personal dashboard are created as part of the Views configuration.  Once you have one more charts defined and made visible, an icon will be available in the tool bar above the request list to switch to your dashboard.
