Keith
Could we please add more information to the results in the Request Search Results. Would be great to at least see Customer, Team and Owner assignments. Thanks for considering Keith

Martyn Houghton
This is something we would really find useful and would want it in essence to appear similar to the Request List view or even display the results in the Request List view. Guest Chaz
I'm in the process of making some small improvements to the results so that you get some more context, look out for the changes in our release notes @Martyn Houghton not sure if/how we can give a request list type view as this is not really a search but a known list of requests. We allow you to filter further with views or the quick text search. I guess my question would be, do you use the global search because it's always available or are the filtering options on the request list not enough to help you find what you want? Keith
@Chaz , I appreciate the changes you made recently. They are a great improvement.
Martyn Houghton
@Chaz The latest change to the output of the Search Results screen is a lot better. Only issue as most of our customers are external, it would be great to include the organisation name appended to the Customer field.
