Hi,

In a recent catch up with Nadeem he mentioned for me to raise this issue on the forum.

When emailing IT support including the ticket number in the subject the ticket is automatically updated with the body of the email, but any images or attachments are stripped out and have to be attached separately.
 

Is there any way around this?

@AndyColeman do you have a request reference example where you noticed this issue? I want to trace the events in the logs and see if is anything recorded there regarding the issue you reported...

@AndyColeman Images embedded as part of the email are stripped out as the timeline is unable to show them, we just provide a plaintext view of the content. There is a 'View Email' option for each of these types of posts however which give you a quick link back to the original email.
