nasimg Posted January 20, 2017 Share Posted January 20, 2017 I can see it being on activities as useful but in our environment the popup in the request list seems to happen in a random way. So you are not hovering on an item the summary column, but the popup appears - it is actually become more of an annoyance than a aid. Not sure if there is a lag in our environment as Service Manager is a bit slow (not so on a standalone) - and this is the side effect. I would like an option to turn popups on/off.
