Suggestion: Request Popup

We find the request popup quite useful when hovering over requests in the request list. Would it be possible to have the same functionality when hovering over request number in an activity?

We too would find this useful on activities, but also on notifications as well.

I can see it being on activities as useful but in our environment the popup in the request list seems to happen in a random way. So  you are not hovering on an item the summary column, but the popup appears - it is actually become more of an annoyance than a aid. Not sure if there is a lag in our environment as Service Manager is a bit slow (not so on a standalone) - and this is the side effect.

I would like an option to turn popups on/off.
