Extend request on hold

Hi,

I've got an suggestion from one of our agents if it would be possible to extend the time a request is put on hold. At the moment you need to take it off hold and then set a new hold date. This option could add some improvement in the workflow.

Hi @Chaz

Did not know this option was there. Thanks. This can help in some cases. However it can be advised to have some kind of trigger to check a request that has been on hold for a long time then. Just in case if you forget to check your on hold requests.

Is this a possibility?
