You should be able to use the h_source_type field in the main request table to determine the origin of the request in your report selection/query.

From the sound of it are you trying to do this in the Request List screen View option rather than in a report? If thats the case then the source type field is not available.

Hi @Prathmesh Patel

As @Martyn Houghton kindly mentioned you can create reports, measures, widget etc using the source field. 

In the Request list, Views and Personal Dashboard, you can create a Chart which you can display on your personal dashboard which will allow a view to be split down by Source.  Once the chart is active, you can drill into each segment of the chart to be returned to the request list, and this to be filtered to just those requests raised by that source.
