Tab Title Query

Good afternoon,

I have had the question asked if we can rename the 'Hornbill Service Portal' tab title that appears on the self service tab. 

Not a problem if not, I have just been asked to ask the question.

Hi Andy,

Thanks for your post.  In almost all cases the visible text can be changed.  However, in this case the browser takes this information displayed in the tab from the title held within the html page.  I will talk to development to see if there is an option that can be provided to translate/rename this.

Thank you for your post.

The domain (i.e. https://service.hornbill.com/####) is used for Hornbill's Service Portal and all instances use this end-point to access their version of the Service Portal. At this moment in time, generically the tab till will display "Hornbill Service Portal".
