Prathmesh Patel Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 Hi When we resolve calls in Service Manager it removes all Capitals, this can cause issues when sending username and passwords Can this be amended?

In that case you may just need to alter the case of the first letter of the variable names used in the email template that you are using, this is detailed more clearly in this post Hope that post helps, Regards, Dave.
