Steve Giller Posted December 13, 2016 Share Posted December 13, 2016 This is probably my fault, but I had to recreate the team structure as there is no way to alter the parent of a team once defined - having done that on certain calls I am getting "undefined" in the Team dropdown (see attached) Is there a quick fix for this? What has happened is that the associated service is now supported by teams that no longer exist. You'll need to go into each service and add the teams that support the service. This only happens if all of the teams supporting a service are deleted, without first removing their association to a service first Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
