Victor Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 @derekgreen there was an issue in a Service Manager release prior to 2.35 whereby the request timers behave incorrectly in some scenarios. What I think happens here is a "residue" of that defect (which, by the way, was fixed in later releases). I need to have a look at the timers for requests in your instance and confirm if is the case and fix the affected requests. I'll keep you updated on this.
