Keith Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 Hi, I have discovered another issue when testing custom views for the request list. If I create a view for requests resolved in the last 30 days where the resolved by team is "A" I get 0 results. However if I create a view for requests resolved in last 30 days by the team members of team "A" I do get results. Is this a bug? Regards Keith
Victor Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 There was an issue around views when using "Resolved by team" criterion, but this was sorted in latest Service Manager releases. Can you log an incident with support desk please so we can investigate this behavior? Thanks!
