Hello Everyone

The latest version of Hornbill Service Manager (889) has been released to live.

Release Notes for this release are as follows:


  • You can now raise a request directly from chat sessions created in the Hornbill Live Chat application {CH00142341}



  • Unable to save/update an asset if "Used By" or "Owned By" names exceed 64 characters {PM00143429}
  • Code imporvements {PM00144455}
  • Resolved duplicate Service Category issue in the Portals {PM00144427}
  • Resolved issue where Catalogs were bring raised with incorrect request type {PM00144460}
  • Resolved issue where showing more of Service Categories wasn't displaying for certain customers {PM00144427}
  • Request Details area failing to load in IE11 {PM00144373}
  • For existing Custom fields, cater for labels that do not have a translation in languages other than English {PM00144347}
  • Replaced incorrect customer object email address with input parameter email address in Set Timeline Content node {PM00144327}
  • Unable to submit Feedback from portal {PM00144326}

Unfortunately there's an issue with our release notes and only the following point was addressed in this release. The rest will follow in future releases.
