One thing to keep in mind if using the "Close request after a period of time" is that I believe the timer will carry on, even if the customer reopens the request (via the portal if the call is in a "resolved" state) - this may cause an issue in that reopened calls may suddenly become closed when the timer elapses. The new functionality (due within our 90 day window) should cover all of these eventualities
