Custom request fields after patch

I can recreate the concern around - using Internet Explorer, the default for a Custom field is presented instead of the translated or customised label text. This form of action works as expected when using Chrome. Is this what you are experiencing @Lyonel?

@Lyonel - Great, thanks for confirming. We are aware of this bug, that can be recreated in Internet Explorer. I'll update this post when a fix is available.
