On our new starter form that we have created we have used the Orion user group picker for selecting Cost Centres which is in our AD structure.

When this was tested as an admin it was visible but once this was put in our service portal for our customers to use they can not see any options within the drop down.  The permissions they currently have are Basic User Role and Self Service User.  Is their any other permissions the customer would need to be able to see the options used in the Orion User Group Picker and hence make the Service Code and Cost Centre visible?
