Bridget Sharman
Is it possible to clone assets as available in the old Hornbill, reason for this is that we purchase quantities of assets for stock and adding individually is quite laborious. Steven Boardman
Thanks @Bridget Sharman (and Tina) for your posts. We don't currently have the ability to clone assets but it no doubt would be a useful addition. In the meantime and the absence of the cloning option, and to avoid the laborious task of manually adding assets one after another through the user interface, have you considered using the Upload Assets facility? This allows you to download the relevant asset class csv template, add all the new assets as line items (copying and pasting the rows if all but the asset identifier are different) and then import all the assets in one go? There is more information on the wiki about using the Upload Assets option: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Upload_Assets_CSV Hope this helps Steve
