I dont think this is a Service Manager issue as such but wondered if there were any ideas.

One of our users gets the above message when they log onto Service manage through live.hornbill.com/xxxxxx

If they try on another computer it works fine. Like wise if I try on that PC I get the message

If I try to login to admin.hornbill.com/xxxxx the admin interface works fine.

Any suggestions?

Hi Kelvin,

As it is just happening from the one machine, as a first step have you tried clearing the browser cache/cookies on that one machine?

Does it persist if you clear cookies from the PC in question? Also if you try a different browser on the same machine do you get the same message? Could be a stored session cookie confusing the login process.
