Could you tell me if it is possible to add catalog items to the Change Request service. It appears on Incidents and Service Request but not Change.

Hi Kelvin,

The way I understood it during the Switch-On was that a Change process has been explicitly excluded from having multiple catalogue items. A change process is a process that is only for internal use within the ITIL framework.

@James Ainsworth On a similar note, is it possible to assign a Progressive capture to a service "Change Request", not at a catalog level .

At the same point as workflow.

Hi Kelvin,

At the moment the request catalog items are the only way a different Progressive Capture script can be used.  Once we look at having the request catalog items for changes, this will be provided.
