Harry Hornbill Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Hello Everyone The latest version of Hornbill Service Manager (843) has been released to live.Release Notes for this release are as follows:Change Service Level Calendar renamed to Working Time Calendar Fix Reverting removal of ordering on snippets list Service Details for readonly viewers were not shown correctly Error when click on "Awaiting Feedback" button on portal There was a scenario where the request type was not set when selecting a catalog item from the service list in progressive capture Priority now filtered in ascending order in the portals the same as it is in the main user app for progressive capture flows Remove JS that sets h_datelastmodified after each action. This is already catered for by each respective Flowcode. This removes unnecessary/duplicate API calls on each action and is the cause of 'Superfluous update' issue.
