To help us investigate this problem, could you please provide us with a screen-shot of where in Hornbill you have come across this? Is this a text from an email in your Mailbox, that you then raised or updated a request with? Thanks, Ehsan
Steve Giller Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 ’ is the code for the Right Single Quotation Mark, the code for the apostrophe is ' I would assume that the issue is caused because the character you're sending is outside the standard ASCII range.
