Call on-hold option in the mobile browser not visible

Not sure if this post is for here or service manager. But I couldn't find the place to take a call off hold (or probably make it on hold too).

That was tried on an iphone 5 - running service manager 2.32

If you click on the status of a request, you should be presented with an option to change it back to open when a request is on hold:

There's no on hold functionality from mobile at the moment.

I've raised a change proposal for putting requests on hold from the mobile app.
