Action Diary

Back in SupportWorks when a change occurs on an asset we logged it to the Action Diary. Is there an equivalent feature for Service Manager?

I'd like to record who made what change and when. For Asset CBC8501 was moved to Site / Location by PaulB or Used by changed to Steve Harris by PaulB

@swcbc it's not as feature rich, and may not achieve what you're looking for right now, you can get a timeline for assets by installing the Configuration Manager app.

Hi swcbc

There is an Asset History option available for all Asset types.   

You can access this via the icon to the top right of the 'Search for Requests' text box

This will show you changes to asset attributes, what they where changed from and too, when and who performed the change, these are recorded automatically.
