Catalog Items Under Change

Hello

I was wondering if we could implement something like catalog Items under the change type.

The reason for this is we have a number of standard changes that have specific BPM and Progressive captures and would like the ability like catalog items under incident and requests to be able to set specific changes and pick and choose the custom workflows

 

Is this possible?

This is something we also require as we implement a number of different desks into Service Manager, all with their own multiple change request process.

Hi All, 

I just wanted to update this post to let you know that the ability to have Catalog Items for a Change is now available.  When configuring a Service, under the Request Configuration you now have the options to define Catalog Items under the Change Request tab.
