bug Service portal search not working as expected

Hi,

On our service portal, when we use the search bar we get some strange results. For example, when I type "trans" I would expect at least 1 of our services to appear "Transport costing". If I type "transport" i can see the service. But again, if I type "cost", I do not see the service.

It seems that the search is working based on full word. Is that by design? Or is it a bug?

Following a discussion with @bob_dickinson, this is simply because we have to use a wildcard at the end of the word. 

Using the same principle, I tried to use a wildcard at the beginning of my keyword, but get no matches which is surprising!

Am I doing something wrong? Or is it a limitation of the system?

@Lyonel unfortunately wildcards do not work from the beginning, only from the end.
