gingib
Hi, Not sure if this is the right place to post this but right now I will try anywhere. We are trying to log onto Hornbill and getting the message that we have reached organizations subscription level and should contact system administrator. I am a system administrator but also can't log on in order to free up lincenses. Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
Martyn Houghton
Do you get the same warning if you log directly into the admin tool, admin.hornbill.com/<your instance>? I thought the licensing system was supposed to 'Archive' you oldest, i.e. old last login date, so this did not happen. Cheers Martyn
gingib
Sadly get the same message. Got one of our in house chaps working on it at the moment. Shame that there is no support available from Hornbill at 8:00 a.m. when many companies start work
samwoo
I work with Ginny - I've just updated the LDAP_Import to downgrade about 7 users from "User" to "Basic". Hasn't worked. I then did it by changing these 7 users from "Active" to "Archived" and hasn't worked.
