Source Decision Tree

Hi,

As part of our business process we have a decision node the checks the source of the call and then branches off into two different streams.

One is for calls that are raised through the portal and the other deals with all other calls, however the tree does not seem to be recognising the portal calls.

Can anyone see an issue with the decision tree?

Try doing it like this

Source <> Analyst

AND

Source <> Email

Thanks @samwoo appears to be working for Analyst calls so will have to wait for one to come through the portal to check that.

Could you also try using the term 'Self Service' in place of 'Guest'.  If this works I will then make sure that the description of the source field is corrected and that Guest is replaced with Self Service.
