Resolution Snippets

Would it be possible to add the Snippet feature to the Resolution Field. In some instances we have a look of calls with the same issues and it would be quicker if we could select a resolution through a snippet.

Hi Kelvin,

You are not the first to mention this as you will see from the post below.  We would also agree that the Snippets is something that could benefit several areas.  We are discussing options going forward as this could be something that is better developed as a global component that could be integrated into different areas of the different applications.  Myself, I would like to have a snippet for the details of a change request so that I can apply a template on how the description of each change should be constructed with sections, titles, etc.
