chriscorcoran
Hi Is there a way to add a field or another way of logging time spent on a call? Ideally at the resolved stage? Or would it be an activity? Thanks Chris
Guest Chaz
@chriscorcoran while you can log time spent by using activities, we're actually working on adding the ability to log the time spent against each action for a request. This is in our 90-day queue and currently with development. Look out for it soon! Oh and this new functionality will require Timesheet Manager to be installed. I'd like to see the return of being able to add time against each action

Already available to you in the Hornbill App Store is the Hornbill Timesheet Manager. The new feature in Service Manager will plug into the Timesheet Manager app and will allow you to select which actions on a request you would like to capture time spent on plus some other nice features to go along with it.
