Logging a time spent field

Hi

Is there a way to add a field or another way of logging time spent on a call? Ideally at the resolved stage? Or would it be an activity?

@chriscorcoran while you can log time spent by using activities, we're actually working on adding the ability to log the time spent against each action for a request. This is in our 90-day queue and currently with development. Look out for it soon!

Oh and this new functionality will require Timesheet Manager to be installed.

As mentioned by cchana, this is currently under development and not too far from being available.  Already available to you in the Hornbill App Store is the Hornbill Timesheet Manager.  The new feature in Service Manager will plug into the Timesheet Manager app and will allow you to select which actions on a request you would like to capture time spent on plus some other nice features to go along with it.
