Could we have an additional Suspend task for 

Suspend until scheduled on Change Calendar

Good news here - we already have it. 

Because its specific just to change requests, its actually in the "ChangeRequests" entity when setting up your Automated Task node - as per the screenshot below:

@bob_dickinson on a similar note is there a "wait for attachment" we want to make it mandatory for a user acceptance form to be attached to the request before proceeding further.

Unfortunately this suspend option does not exist at present. This would typically be managed via a task, for example, advising to "Complete UAT plan and attach to the request". 

The problem with "wait for attachment" is that any attachment could be used to bypass the process - there isn't a way of validating its actually whats actually been attached.
