Hi,

How do set up the criteria on a report to return records for where a field is blank?

I'm trying to write a report to show calls resolved after a certain date where the closure category has not been populated

Hi Pete,

Set the filter to value equals and against custom criteria and in the custom criteria put in the

'' or <thefieldname> is null

Be sure to add brackets around that filter part. See attached image for an example.

We will look at adding a "is empty" and "is not null" option.

I was close with what I was trying, adding "is empty" or "is not null" would be great
