Hi, I've just created a new catalog item within a service called 'Remote Working' and for some reason it hasn't put it into alphabetical order.

It certainly used to - is this something that has broken or have I forgotten something :-)

Hi Tina

By default the catalog items are ordered in the order they were created.  However you can drag and drop each catalog item from the list to define the order in which you want them to appear on the self service portal.

The logic here is that you may have a specific catalog item which you want to appear as the first option to the users.
