Tina.Lapere Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 Hi, I've just created a new catalog item within a service called 'Remote Working' and for some reason it hasn't put it into alphabetical order. However you can drag and drop each catalog item from the list to define the order in which you want them to appear on the self service portal. The logic here is that you may have a specific catalog item which you want to appear as the first option to the users.
