Auto Close Service Request

Hello,

Part of one of our Business Processes for IT Equipment handles expiration of a quote but I am not sure what the timer is set to for the Close Period section attached. Is anybody able to help? Thank you, Dan

Hi Dan,

Thanks for your post.  When a Close Period is first being defined, each box contains a label describing what each value will related to.  However, I can see that once this has been set, it is not entirely clear what type of time period each number represents.  For now as a quick check, you can temporarily remove a value in any of the provided boxes to display the label.  Just be sure to return it to its original value or order not to change anything.  I'll see if we can arranged providing a tool tip or maintain the original labels in each field.
